Welcome to AP Films!
Hello and welcome to AP Films! I'm Dom, the leader and Director of AP Films along with
Jake, and we're the founders of AP. AP Films is a machinima film group who films on Halo, Star
Wars: Battlefront II, Half-Life 2 and it's mods and add-ons, and we are possibly expanding. We
currently have a project done, Randomosity, and are working on numerous others. Help out by
leaving a comment on the Shoutbox on the right hand side of the page, or join AP. For information
on joining, go to the "Join" page on the Navigation. Thanks for visiting AP Films!

Been A While Update
It's been a while so we need an update. Some major stuff has been going on lately, so listen closely:
- No more TeamSpeak. Tragic's old clan is down the gutter now, and has new leadership. Since they were the ones supplying
the TS server, and Tragic was the only reason that happened, him being gone means no TS server because I don't know their new
leader enough to convince him to continue it.
- New series coming soon! We have the basis for a Counter-Strike/GMod web series ready, and we're going to record in a week or so.
We have learned a lot since Randomosity so the movie should turn out better, more organized, and more fun to watch than before when
we pull it off. Not going to give out information, to avoid jinxing us, except to the people who are acting in it. But I need a
hospital map, if anyone can help me out with that. I also need a Counter-Strike server to use, so any help would be very much
appreciated.
- The mod is going OK. That's Jake's area mainly, though, so he'll be able to give you more info, but I am a key beta tester and
the mod's pretty good thus far. Not very long yet, but now it should be a breeze to keep it going. The toughest part looks like it'll
be making scripted events and making friendly AI or at least people who talk.
Hope this helps, guys! Anyways, that's us right now, expect recording in a week or so! Cya!

New Projects
News to all the half life players, we are making our own map for it. Right now we cant say exactly what
its going to be about, but it will hopefully be scary. Also Dom and I are planning one of are next films.
Which it is going to be a music video, probably made with Halo or CS:S. Be ready!!!

TeamSpeak is Up!
Thanks to the AW Clan and Tragic, we have a TeamSpeak server now! The address is 207.182.148.114:8768, so
if you wanna drop on in and talk to whoever's there or use it when we record don't hesitate. We WILL use it
when we record, so try to get TeamSpeak if you can so we can all communicate easier. That's it, thanks a LOT
for the server Tragic, when we record we will really appreciate it!

Our New Look!
After some small work, editing some details, and getting this down, we've now decided on this look
for our website. I hope you like it everyone, it took a while to get right. We'll still probably
change some things as we go on here, especially as we learn more and go along, and maybe even make
a new layout again if we decide it's needed. Now, in a while I'm going to update a few things. We
have some new members, so I'll add them up to the Members page, and I also have some ideas being scripted
so I'll add those up to the Projects page sometime. I hope you guys like the new look!
UPDATE: I just added up the Info page, which has information on recording times and contacting us,
check it out if you need to!

Beta Layout
Well, I said I was making a new beta layout, and this is it so far! We don't have the other pages
yet, but those will come in time, trust me. Right now we're trying to see how many of you
guys like this site layout, look, and color scheme. We're getting rid of the over-used red
which a lot of websites and the general public audience use. We're going with green,
or more specifically in this case, turquoise. So far it looks pretty good, and all we have
left to edit are smaller things before we stick with this for a while or start over.
Leave comments in the newly place Shoutbox on the left-hand side. Tell me how you
like this, I really want something new but I also want it to look good, so be
sure to tell me these things. Also try to tell me if you have any suggestions for what
we could do (I.E.: Different Colors, Different Pics, etc.) with the site. Thanks for viewing this
page, cya guys!

Projects
I haven't updated for a while, but other things have been going down, so don't
be fooled by the lack of updates lately. Here's our 2 main areas we've been working
on:
- Scripting is in progress on 3 projects. First off, we're working on a big statement
movie, about religion and church. Don't worry, it's going to all be delivered in a
comedic style so it opens an eye or two, but is funny all in the same. We're also
working on a music video, with some songs in mind. Message me on X-Fire if you have
any suggestions for what kind of video or what song. We are planning this to be more
funny than serious, keep in mind. And finally, we're working on another Randomosity
gradually. Mainly we're focusing on cutting out skits that are too long and changing
the name to something else if we can. I'm still accepting skit ideas like last time.
- Our other little project right now is a new website design - this website was only a
start so we could get everything we've done together. Since we're making progress, we're
going to re-vamp it all and change the layout. Expect along with a new look a new color
scheme, and a better organized style than what we have.
So that's what's going down, expect a beta on the website design in an estimated week or two.
Cya guys!

AP Films Currently
Randomosity is done, but that's never enough, is it? We're still working on
things, just not as fast right now. Me and Jake are back in school, so everything's
going to be a bit slower from now on. We're also beginning a new schedule - instead
of the normal weekday recording times from 12-5, we're now going to do the same thing but on
weekends. Now, before you start messaging me about what and when we're recording,
remember we are scripting. I'm going to make something about this on a new page
or a little thing at the top of the site telling you what state we're in so you
know more often. Right now we are scripting, and among other things, this
includes: another Randomosity, a Battlefront II web series, and our older "Life of a
Noob" project also on Battlefront II. We're trying to get other movies in other games
scripted, and even expanding to other games like Battlefield 2, but nothing is official
yet except what I just said was being scripted. Expect recording maybe in a few weeks.
Cya guys, thanks for hanging in there with us!

Randomosity is Done!!!
Randomosity is officially complete and out on Youtube! Check it out here:
Randomosity
The project that has been in the making the last 2 months is now out!
AP has been very hard at work on this, and it's finally complete!
So many people have been so helpful in this, I can't even get all the
names in one post without this being a very long post. We have had a
25-man team working on this for 2 months, and it's paid off. We've also
had a lot of extra help from people in Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, mainly
Mr. Tickle's Server and his clan [WBoB] who had the server with lots of
people playing who acted, they helped us out a lot in the "Robbery" skit.
Thanks so much you guys, and everyone who watches this! I kept an eye on
the video today, and also noticed we got 350 views in 3 hours! I'm guessing
this is good, and I am so happy with these results. I love how this is going
so far, and tomorrow I will upload this to Machinima.com.
Also, before I say good job and hang up the towels, I've noticed some
Randomosity 2 rumors going around AP. As these are not official yet,
I will say I plan on continuing this series with it's current status.
It's turned out well, and I am very happy with these results, so working
further into this would not be out of the question. Don't quote me on that,
but you can on this: Scripting has begun for another Randomosity, but nothing
is really decided, we are working on creating a new style for it, so look forward
to that. I'm out, you guys have been AWESOME!

New 'Randomosity' Preview!
Well, zerocke, Tragic, and I spent some time tonight getting work on Randomosity
done. It went quite well, and I'm starting to notice our Halo team kills actors a lot
more than the Half-Life 2:DM team, so we cut work speed down drastically and got 2 skits
done in about 1/2 an hour for recording and another 1/2 hour for editing. Thanks to you guys
for getting the job done! I decided as well to upload one of our finished skits to Photobucket,
so you all can ponder at it's glory. Here's the video preview, and you can also find the
link in our 'Projects' page:

Site Info
Jake and I decided on this to be our official site, so I figured I'd tell you
guys a little about the site. For new people wanting to join, check out the "Join
AP" page, which has all the info you'll need on how to join, who to talk to on what
program, and what you'll need in order to do so. Our "Productions" page is for anyone checking
out the site, which has all of our completed projects so far. So far there are none,
but that's going to change in about a month or so when we complete our current projects.
Which brings me to the next page, the "Projects" page. It has all of our currently-
being-filmed projects that aren't out yet, but will be in around a month, give or take
the size of the project. Currently our main project is the skit-based "Randomosity," which
is basically Robot Chicken with video games instead of action figures. And finally is our
Members page. It has all of our members (names are according to the X-Fire group) in the clan
who help out by acting, scripting, designing graphics, whatever suites them. All of them
have helped out tremendously in one way or another, and right now it's the only way to commend
them for their efforts. I hope this clears everything up, remember you can leave comments on
the shoutbox to the right! Cya guys!

Dom and I are going to be working together one this site and try to make it better
as we go on. So welcome all AP members!

Site Updates
In the past couple of days me and Jake have come up with some good updates and
gotten some things done, but nothing is gonna be as drastic as a totally new site with pages
and a new layout or something, since we've gotten the big stuff out of the way.
The main things added up recently are the new Shoutbox on the right-hand side of each page, and the chat
is the same on each page. I also added the "Join AP" page, so if any of you
have friends interested in joining and acting, refer them to the site and they should be able to get it
from there. Also remember, if you guys are visiting this site, neither this or Jake's site
is official yet, so we'll report which one is in a few days, maybe week tops. Cya guys!

Going Well So Far
As Jake and I have been working on layouts and getting the site down, the site's
been getting much better. I have a general layout down, as you can see, and an easy-to-add-on
system up on which I can add News items and other updates easily and efficiently.
So far I'm happy with what I have so I'll try to edit a few more things and then get this or
Jake's test site up and ready to be used. Cya guys!

Pages Coming Soon!
Dom again, with a little progress update! I'm gradually updating the site,
and trying to get used to the whole system and making layouts, etc. So far
so good, and my most noticeable change right now is the new NavBar, I've added
a new better looking one with pictures instead of normal text links. Hopefully
by the end of today, I will have at least 1 page up. Check back later for more
info, but right now this is a beta paragraph before I get used to how I need to
work with the site. Cya guys!

AP Films New Site!
Hey everyone, this is Dom! I just got us this website at an ISP at Byethost
and I've created this site from scratch so far. I'm currently learning HTML
and this site is so far being made from that knowledge. No other pages
are up yet, and I'm adding up the homepage first so I can get all of this
page's layout and such onto other pages and start adding onto those pages.
Anyways, to sum it up, the site is NOT COMPLETE and is STILL
BEING WORKED ON so don't expect much yet. I save any updates I do
to the site while editing and trying to get things right so if this looks
messed up, wait, and come back after 5 - 30 minutes have passed and it may
be back to normal. Cya guys!
